1. You will be provided with a 2x4 ft table and 2 folding chairs.

2. BICS will run from 11AM-7PM on both Saturday and Sunday. You can arrive for setup as early as 9AM on both days. 

3. BICS is now an indoor event! You will be able to leave your table set up overnight, if you'd like. 

4. Please feel free to bring a tablecloth or any signage you’d like displayed on your table!

5. Industry City and St. Mark’s Comics will be able to provide wifi for all our tabling guests, but we will not be able to provide access to power.

6. Our new event space is accessible through the stairs in Courtyard 5/6, right next to St. Mark's Comics. There are also elevators available in the same area. Like the rest of Industry City, BICS is wheelchair accessible. You can read more about accessibility on our FAQ page linked here.

7. We ask that you are respectful of our hosts at St. Mark’s Comics & Industry City, fire laws, event attendees, and your neighbors. 

8. Moving or switching tables, or unauthorized sharing of tables, is prohibited.

Engaging in behavior in violation of the above will result in expulsion from the event with no refund.
