BICS Terms of Participation
Please take a moment to read through this list of terms in full before continuing. We want everyone to have the most enjoyable and successful experience possible!
REFUNDS: BICS tables are non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon acceptance, please review all of the information provided (e.g. date, location, times, etc.) before completing your registration. The event will be held rain or shine. BICS is unable to guarantee attendance or individual sales.
VENDOR SPACE: BICS will provide you with one 2x4 foot table and two chairs. Your assigned table number is non-transferrable. You may not move or switch tables for any reason.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN: Vendor check-in will begin at 8:30AM on Saturday, April 18. The show floors will open to the public at 11AM each morning, and close at 7PM each evening. You will be able to leave your materials in our secured space overnight on Saturday, April 18. We ask that the show floor be cleared of vendors no later than 8:30PM on Sunday, April 19.
WiFi & POWER: You will be provided with WiFi, but we will not be able to provide access to power.
SECURITY: Vendors are responsible for their own materials. BICS is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
CODE OF CONDUCT: We ask that you be respectful of our hosts at St. Mark’s Comics & Industry City, event attendees, BICS staff and volunteers, your neighboring vendors, and fire laws. Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct will result in expulsion from the event with no refund.
USE OF IMAGES: By participating in BICS, participants consent to being photographed and that their business name or description may be used for publicity, marketing, and the betterment of the event as a whole.
